Brush your teeth twice, no more than three times a day. Keep swallowing of toothpaste to a minimum, always spit it out.
Children up to and including 6 years of age: Use a pea-sized amount for brushing under adult supervision to keep swallowing to a minimum. If fluoride is taken from other sources, consult your dentist or GP.
